New Floor

Our new floor has been finished and many helped to give the church a thorough spring clean. In order to help maintain the floor you are asked to remember the following. You can see some pictures of all the hard work involved if you click on the image.
1. NO CHEWING GUM : it was found and had to be removed from the floor and benches.
2. CARE WITH CANDLES : please take great care with candle wax. The carpet had to be ironed to remove all traces of wax. As you can imagine it is extremely hard work

All Inclusive Mass - Sat March 8th

Our Mass on the First Sunday of Lent was a wondeful occasion. We had an art workshop, drama workshop and banner workshop, the sign language group worked hard to learn the hymns. Please click on the picture left to see more.

Altar Servers Enrolment - 26th December 2009 and 6th February 2010

On the Feast of Saint Stephen seven Servers were enrolled into the Guild of St. Stephen by Father Keith and seven of our new servers received their Cross, a further five servers were enrolled on February 6th and nine received their cross. The parish now has some 110 active servers. Three have also recently received their Five Year Certificates as members of the Guild. Well done to all.
